Love's Mementos - Melissa & Sebastien's Story

Sebastien and Melissa are a match made in heaven!  With their joie de vivre and adventurous nature finding the perfect rings to represent their special bond was a challenge they were excited to take on.  Melissa knew these rings had to be something truly special and leaned on the experiences of her mother and grandmother for guidance.  Here is their story:

Sebastien and I met online, and when we finally met at Occo Kitchen in Orleans, it felt as though we had known each other for a lifetime. Our chemistry was undeniable! We shared numerous adventures—travelling, snowboarding, boating—and within four years, Sebastien proposed in Martinique. 

As we began planning our wedding, choosing our rings became a cherished task. We visited a cozy, family-owned jewelry store that had been in business for generations: La Maison d’Or. This store wasn’t just a place for me; it’s where my grandmother, my mother, and now I have personally chosen our forever pieces. The store's warm ambiance and expert jeweler, Mr. Brent, made the experience unforgettable. 

Mr. Brent skillfully combined my vision, creating custom rings that perfectly symbolized our unique bond. On our wedding day, as we exchanged our rings, we knew these pieces would not just be accessories but treasured reminders of our journey together, from virtual conversations to a lifelong partnership.
