“La Maison d’Or was founded in 1949 by my parents, Bill and Julie Harden in Hawkesbury, Ontario. Mom and Dad taught their three sons the value of honesty and hard work.”
“We opened in Ottawa in 1979, and a little later opened this amazing new store in Place d’Orléans.
We introduced many exciting new jewellery lines and I would travel the world, from Antwerp to Las Vegas, to buy only the best diamonds.
With much care, appreciation, and a commitment to providing the best customer experience possible, we grew our loyal clientele.”
“In 2015, we renovated our store. While giving it an exciting fresh new look, we also added more seating areas, a café and new jewellery collections!
