SHIPPING

We are happy to ship across Canada!  Shipping is free for purchases above $500 (before tax price).  Purchases $500 and under will be charged a fee of $50.  

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply call at 613-837-1001 or email us at service@lamaisondor.com within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will happily exchange your item. See below for further details and exceptions.

Merchandise sold on our Estate preloved jewellery or sale are final. Resizing is offered at $70 for all Preloved rings.

For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online at La Maison d'Or Jewellers will provide an exchange only within 30 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. All claims or guarantee service must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and guarantee materials. Sale and Pre-Loved/Estate merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are purchased on our website have the chance to be sold at the same time at the store or online before going out of stock online. If it’s a piece that can be re-ordered or reproduced, we will contact the purchaser to let them know with the time frame. If the item is one-of-a-kind piece or Estate Collection and cannot be reproduced, in that case, our team will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Call us at 613-837-1001 or send us an email at service@lamaisondor.com. If your order is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form.

The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise and the printed Return Authorization Form, the packing slip, original packaging, and any papers provided with your item. Please ship back the item or drop it off in person at La Maison d'Or Jewellers, 110 Place d'Orleans Dr. Box 69, Orleans, ON, K1C 2L9. 

If you choose to use the shipping method, the return/exchange may not process until we receive the package. La Maison d'Or will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled. Please provide the tracking number when if you decide to return your items.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for exchange, your request for a replacement item will be processed within a few business days.
